  • Refunds

    • Due to the personal customization of this item, refunds are not available because they can not be resold.
    • If there is an error on your order, we will correct the mistake at no cost to you. Including delivery charges.
    • If your item is damaged at the time of delivery we can replace it free of charge, you will hve to send a photo to gina@paddycakesdesigns.com within 5 days of delivery to receive a new product or we are unable to issue you a new product or refund.

  • Shipping

    • Our custom orders ship from Malverne, NY with varied delivery times depending on the complexity of your order.
    • Please allow at least 3-4 weeks before your need by date to allow enough time to receive your order.
    • If you need your order by a certain date, please specify that in our custom ordering forms or by emailing directly gina@paddycakesdesigns.com.
    • Rush orders are available but, fees will be applied. (Pricing for fees vary on ocmplexity)
    • Packages will be shipped via USPS or another carrier and you will be provided with a tracking number once it has been shipped. 
    • If you do not have a tracking number yet, your order is still being fulfilled. 
    • Double check your shipping address in your account, as this is where your items will be shipped to. I am not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

  • Changes/Cancellations

    If you need changes/cancelations, we can accomodate you if ...
    1. Your order has not already started production.
    2. We have already finished your order
    3. We have already shipped your order.
